EMERGENCY SERVICE DISCLAIMER
Emergency service requests will be addressed within two (2) hours of acknowledgment of the request. Acknowledgment of the request is when a Computer Troubleshooters service manager or technician contacts the customer to discuss the request. All emergency service requests will be assessed a one hundred fifty dollar ($150) emergency service surcharge, in addition to the emergency service rate of $110 per hour. Trip charges of up to $25 may also apply. Unless the requester is under a Computer Troubleshooters service agreement, the invoiced amount including surcharge must be remitted once the service is completed.
